Loved our well-decorated rooms. the staff was affable. the hotel had a quiet location next to the restaurant.

We walked everywhere, the location was handy and peaceful, next to the restaurant. The room we had included central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave. The hotels' team was very amiable and kind.

The place deserved 4 stars. The staff were very friendly and knew their area. Booked a standard king room with a microwave oven, central heating, and an electronic key card. It had garden views.

This place is conveniently located next to public transport, shops, and Morcote, one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland.

Garden Views: The moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted by the most picturesque garden views, as if I had stumbled upon a hidden oasis in the city. It felt like being transported into a Monet painting, with vibrant colors and serene tranquility enveloping me.

Mosquitoes: Despite the delightful experience, I did encounter a minor inconvenience - pesky mosquitoes. Even though I was on the first floor, those little critters managed to find their way in when I opened the window to savor the fresh air.

Always choose this place for my stay. No regrets. Staff helped with late departure. Suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, Off-site car park, Locker room, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security. Coming back for New Year.

The rooms at 7Rooms Grancia were perfect for our family. They had all the necessities we needed, like a microwave, fridge, and kettle. It made preparing snacks and meals for the kids so convenient. The showers in the guest rooms were great. Good water pressure and always hot water. It was a refreshing start to our days exploring Lugano. Having a hairdryer in the room was a lifesaver for us. No need to pack one and take up precious luggage space.

Personally, I would have preferred a private bathroom instead of a shared one. But I understand that some people might not mind the communal aspect.

Comfortable bed, large towels, cute balcony for breakfast. Easy parking. Flexible self check in and out. Good location close to Morcote, hiking trails, and a shopping center.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

Great Location: the hotel is conveniently situated between two beautiful towns, making it easy to explore the area by bus. Plus, the hotel provides free transportation passes for all modes of transport, including the ferry, and offers discounted tickets for local museums.

Lack of Air Conditioning: the room was a bit hot due to the absence of air conditioning. This made it somewhat uncomfortable during warmer weather.

The nearest airport is conveniently far away, allowing me to enjoy some peaceful moments without the hassle of noisy arriving planes. Como being 32 km from the property meant I had a great excuse to take a scenic drive and explore the beautiful surroundings. Guests can enjoy garden views, but I managed to find entertainment in counting the number of plants.

Oh, how I loved the feeling of sitting in a sauna while trying to fall asleep at night because there was no air conditioning in the room. Quite the refreshing experience, I must say.

We had a fantastic break at a lovely hotel located between two beautiful towns. With a free transportation pass, we easily explored the region and enjoyed discounted visits to local museums. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the balcony was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy meals. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay even better. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 😊.

I had a lucky overnight stay at 7Rooms. I arrived late at night due to a delayed bus but checking in was easy. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly and provided me with all the necessary information. The location is great, with hiking trails and a playground nearby, as well as a huge shopping center within walking distance. The parking situation was also good.

Would recommend this hotel.
